Kirsten Reid, 74, of Ormond Beach, passed away on August 1, 2025. She was born on November 8, 1950, and lived a life marked by love, service, and faith. Kirsten dedicated much of her life to caring for others through her work as a nurse. Her compassion, gentle spirit, and commitment to helping those in need left a lasting impact on countless lives. Beyond her profession, Kirsten found joy and strength in her faith. She was a devoted member of her church, where she loved worshiping, singing serving, and building connections with her community. In her youth she was an excellent tennis player. She made and amazing spaghetti and meatballs and love swimming at the beach or pool. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Reid, Sr.; her sons, Thomas Reid, Jr. and Jason Bird. She is survived by her daughter, Kim Reid, and her brother, Carl Weems, grand children and nieces and nephew. Though her family grieves her loss, they take comfort in knowing she is reunited with her loved ones and at peace. Kirsten will be remembered for her humor, love of a good movie, kindness, her dedication to her family, and the unwavering faith that guided her life.
