Ms. Grace Mayson-Noah, 39, of Daytona Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 4:40 p.m., after a courageous battle with a terminal illness. She was surrounded by the love of her family, who will forever cherish her memory.

Grace was born on September 20, 1986, in Liberia to Wilmont Sampson and Muriel Mayson. She spent much of her life in Ghana, West Africa, where she completed her secondary education at Winneba Secondary School. From a very young age, Grace discovered her passion for cooking, often preparing meals for family gatherings-a gift that would go on to shape both her career and her legacy.

Grace later pursued her culinary calling in the United States, completing the Philabundance Culinary Arts Program in Philadelphia, and furthering her education in nutrition and dietetics at Philadelphia Community College. She went on to build a distinguished career as a Dietary Manager and Sous Chef in Philadelphia, PA; Little Rock, AR and Daytona Beach, FL. Grace was widely respected throughout the culinary world for her meticulous preparation and exquisite presentation of cuisine, earning admiration from colleagues and guests alike wherever she worked.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Grace was remembered as a classy and stunning woman, whose warmth, elegance, and love for her craft touched everyone who knew her.

Grace leaves behind to cherish her memory, her mother, Muriel Mayson; her son Maxwell Cirwithian; her husband, Patrick Cirwithian;  her sisters Youniah Mayson and Ritariel Mayson; and her aunt Hannah Blankston.

Grace will be laid to rest next to her father in Liberia.

Grace's legacy of grace, talent, and devotion to her family will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
